Asha999 Terms & Conditions

Asha999 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") is an online gaming and betting service operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between asha999 and its users ("Members"). By creating an account on asha999, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

To create an account on asha999, you must complete the registration form with accurate and complete information. Accounts opened with false details may be suspended at any time and all associated balances may be forfeited.

One Account Policy

Each individual may only operate one asha999 account. If multiple accounts are found linked to the same device, IP address, payment method, or identity, all accounts will be closed and any bonuses forfeited.

• The name, address, and identity details provided at registration must be accurate.
• Account login credentials (email and password) must not be shared with anyone.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify asha999 immediately.
• If you wish to close your account, please contact our support team.

Asha999 reserves the right to verify any account. If the required documents are not submitted within 72 hours of a verification request, the account may be temporarily suspended.

Asha999 strictly enforces an 18+ age policy. Age verification may be carried out at any stage of registration. If an underage account is discovered after the fact, it will be immediately closed and the entire balance will be forfeited.

KYC Documents

As part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process, asha999 may request the following documents:

• A clear copy of your National ID (NID) or passport
• Recent utility bill or bank statement (for address verification)
• Proof of payment method ownership (Mobile Pay/Nagad/Rocket number verification)
• Selfie or live photo (if required)

Deposit Rules

• Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay, please contact support.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• Only payment methods registered under the same name as the account holder may be used.

Asha999 does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider (Mobile Pay/Nagad) may apply their own transaction fees — this is outside asha999's control.

To withdraw winnings from asha999, your account must be fully verified. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

Withdrawal Policy

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Daily withdrawal limits are determined by account tier.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 24–72 hours.
• Priority withdrawal processing is available for VIP members.
• Winnings derived from bonuses must meet the wagering requirements before any withdrawal can be made.

Asha999 reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals if fraud is suspected or while an account verification is in progress. In such cases, the support team will keep the member informed.

Wagering Requirement

Most bonuses come with wagering requirements — meaning bonus funds can only be withdrawn after placing bets totalling a specified amount. For example, a 30x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you need to wager ৳30,000 before withdrawing.

• Bonus validity: typically 7–30 days (varies by offer).
• Not all games may be available for play with a bonus — a list of restricted games is provided with each offer.
• Multiple bonuses may not be active simultaneously.
• If bonus abuse or system manipulation is proven, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

Asha999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer. If changes are made, registered users will be notified via email or an in-platform notification.

Specific rules apply to both Sports Betting and casino games on asha999. All game outcomes are determined by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology and verified by independent third-party auditors.

Sports Betting

• Once a bet is placed, it cannot be cancelled until the event begins (with limited exceptions).
• If an event is postponed or cancelled, bet amounts will be refunded in accordance with asha999's policy.
• Asha999 reserves the right to review bets if unusual betting patterns are detected.
• Odds may change during live betting due to server delays.

Casino Games

• Each game has its own RTP (Return to Player) rate, which is visible within the game interface.
• If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a technical error, that round will be considered void.
• In Live Casino, the dealer's decision is final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on asha999. Violations will result in immediate account closure and all balances may be subject to forfeiture.

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Creating artificial betting patterns to meet bonus requirements (bonus abuse).
• Using software bots, automation tools, or hacking technologies.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Harassing, threatening, or deceiving other members.
• Registering an account with false information or committing fraud during the verification process.
• Making deposits or withdrawals using third-party payment methods.

Asha999 reserves the right to partially or fully update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified via their registered email or on the platform before any changes take effect.

• For minor changes, 7 days' notice will be provided.
• For major changes, at least 30 days' notice will be given in advance.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may close your account.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. In the event of any dispute over interpretation, asha999's interpretation shall be final.
